About

Ilana is an Orlando-based designer and creative specializing in immersive, story-driven environments and bringing brands to life. With over 13 years of industry experience, she has contributed to theme parks and themed destinations around the world.

She brings a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of the creative process, having developed work from early blue-sky ideation through design development and schematic. Her experience includes high-level concept development, pitch and vision decks, sizzle reels, environmental graphics, and vehicle design, with storytelling as the foundation of every deliverable.

In addition to project design, Ilana has designed and produced dozens of large-scale keynote presentations for audiences of 700+ industry professionals, senior leaders, and executives. She provides creative leadership for live shows, directing visual storytelling and show cues in close collaboration with technical production teams across teleprompter, character entertainment, audio, and lighting. She is known for guiding multidisciplinary creatives toward a cohesive vision while fostering strong collaborative partnerships.

At her core, Ilana is driven by storytelling and collaboration—working alongside talented teams to develop experiences that transport audiences to places they once only dreamed of.

Where Is she now? 

Ilana is a Senior Designer at Universal Creative based in Orlando, Florida, where she helps shape, brand, and present new destinations and experiences. Her work focuses on developing creative vision, storytelling, and pitch materials that bring ideas to life for stakeholders and partners. Outside of work, she’s a mom of two daughters and skates with Orlando Roller Derby.
